Virtual healthcare is easy, accessible, and free with Sunny Telehealth. Here’s how it works.
Step 1: Pick a Service
Browse from our services to choose the right one for your needs.
Step 2: Book Online
Book your online appointment by filling out your personal information, including your Alberta healthcare number. Select a day, time, and practitioner and you’re all set.
Step 3: Visit via Phone or Video
Chat with your doctor virtually by phone or video. They’ll assess you just like they would in-office, asking questions about your history and current condition before diagnosing your condition.
Step 4: Proceed with Treatment
This can include having lab work done, seeing a specialist via referral, or following a treatment plan laid out by your Sunny Telehealth physician.
Step 5: Book a Follow-Up
Make sure you schedule a follow-up visit to ensure treatment is working and you are staying on track to good health!
