Yes! We are certified and licensed Alberta physicians and nurses.
How does virtual care work?
Simple and secure care from the comfort of your home. Virtual care at Sunny Telehealth Clinic works much like an in-person visit. Your consultation is done via secure video call, where our doctors ask about your health history, symptoms, and concerns.
If your condition requires further evaluation, we may order additional tests such as blood work, diagnostic imaging (like X-rays or ultrasounds), or other lab tests. These tests are completed at a partnered diagnostic centre, and the results are sent directly to our clinic. Once reviewed, we follow up with appropriate treatment.
If no testing is needed, treatment and advice are provided directly during the consultation. Prescription medications, when appropriate, are sent to your preferred pharmacy or delivered to your home. Referrals to specialists can also be arranged as needed.
You’re encouraged to ask any questions during your visit. Our goal is to make your care clear, timely, and accessible.
